The Recipes Project is an "international group of scholars interested in the history of recipes, ranging from magical charms to veterinary remedies." The group is dedicated to exploring the past through recipes, which are presented via blog posts and images.

World Health Organization (WHO) has recently released their 2018 "Global status report on alcohol and health," a study that is conducted every four years. This comprehensive study found that in 2016 about 3 million deaths per year worldwide (or approximately 5.3 percent of all deaths) are due to "harmful use of alcohol," which is a decrease from their 2012 finding of 5.9 percent and that over "three-quarters of these deaths were among men.
Auckland Art Gallery has created a series of thematically-grouped resources that can be used during visits and for teaching. As an example, the secondary level resource "A Thousand Words: Analysing Visual Texts in the Gallery," contains a video on teaching creativity in English classes, a "teachers' pack" PDF, PowerPoint files, downloadable worksheets and several creative writing resources.
Harvard University's Center for Geographic Analysis (CGA) has created the Harvard WorldMap, "an online, open-source mapping platform developed to lower barriers for scholars who wish to explore, visualize, edit, and publish geospatial information." Launched in 2011, WorldMap was created in part to provide a mapping platform that supports large datasets that also allows collaboration.
